5 Rounds of

  • 10 Sumo Deadlifts
  • 10 walking lunges each leg (20 total)
  • 20 Split squats with dumbbells each leg
  • 10 Single leg deadlifts with dumbbells each leg

Core Conditioning / 30 Seconds of each

  • Bicycle Crunches
  • Weighted Russian Twists
  • Weighted V-ups

Ending Conditioning

  • 40 yards dashes x 5 or 5 sprints on treadmill at 5.0 incline
